1. Natural Variations
Leather is an organic material. Natural markings, grain variations, and slight color differences are inherent to genuine hides and are not considered defects.
2. Customized & Made-to-Order Items
All items involving personalization (engraving, custom colors, or bespoke designs) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins, unless there is a clear error on our part.
3. Standard Returns (7-Day Rule)
For non-customized standard items, we accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in pristine, resellable condition (no scratches, creases, or stains) with all original packaging (tags, dust bags, boxes). We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of use.
- Non-Returnable: Requests exceeding the 7-day timeframe or items with missing packaging/signs of damage are not eligible for return.
4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt. You must email us at craftedpatina@gmail.com using your registered email within 3 days of delivery, providing your order number and photographic proof of the fault.
5. Refunds
- Process: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Definition of "Delivery"
To avoid disputes, "Delivery" is defined as:
- The date marked as "Delivered" per the carrier’s official tracking record;
- The date of the first delivery attempt (if a signature was required but not received);
- The date the order status updates to "Delivered" in the system.
7. International Customs
Recipients are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local fees. For international returns, we may offer a partial refund in lieu of a return due to high cross-border shipping costs.
