By using this website or purchasing from CRAFTED PATINA, you agree to be bound by the following terms under Singapore law.

1. Products & Handmade Nature

• Natural Materials: Leather is an organic material. Variations in grain, scars, or marks are unique characteristics and inherent to genuine hides; they are not considered defects.
• Customization: Orders involving engraving, personalized initials, or bespoke designs cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced.

2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

• Registered Trademarks: "CRAFTINA" is a registered trademark of CRAFTED PATINA Pte. Ltd. in Singapore (IPOS) and is protected internationally under the WIPO Madrid System.
• Proprietary Content: All designs, product photography, logos, and website content are the exclusive property of CRAFTED PATINA. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation for commercial purposes will be met with legal action.

3. Shipping & Deliveries

• Accuracy: A valid contact number is required for courier coordination and customs clearance.
• Failed Delivery: Redelivery fees apply after the first failed attempt. Items unclaimed for more than 30 days may incur storage fees or be disposed of at our discretion.
• Delivery Delays: Estimated delivery dates are for reference only and are not binding. If your order has not arrived within 14 days past the estimated date, please contact us.

4. Cancellations & Returns

• Pre-shipment Cancellation: We offer a full refund for non-engraved and non-customized products, provided the cancellation request is received and processed before the order has been handed over to our logistics partners.
• Returns & Exchanges: For specific details regarding timeframes, item conditions, and eligibility, please refer to our separate "Shipping & Returns Policy."
• Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the value of said order. We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper leather care or secondary modifications.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Singapore courts or via mediation.
